Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day on which you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

2. How to cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). You may use the model cancellation wording below, but it is not obligatory.

We will acknowledge your cancellation by email without delay.

3. Returning goods

After cancelling, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which you communicated your cancellation to us.

• We cover return postage costs for unopened, undamaged goods. Contact us at info@vitmovement.world to receive a prepaid return label.
• For opened goods or goods returned without our prepaid label, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage.
• Please package goods securely to avoid damage in transit. You are liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4. Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not any supplementary delivery costs chosen by you). We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than:

• 14 calendar days after the day we receive the returned goods back; or
• 14 calendar days after you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back (whichever is earlier).

Refunds are made using the same means of payment as the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Where payment on delivery was used, refunds are made by bank transfer to an account nominated by you.

5. Exceptions - goods that cannot be returned

In accordance with the Regulations, the following goods are excluded from the right of cancellation once unsealed:

• Goods which are sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes where the seal has been broken after delivery - this includes opened boxes of Slim Coffee Booster where the product seal has been broken.

This exception applies only once the seal is broken; an unopened, sealed product retains its full 14-day return right.

6. Faulty or damaged goods

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include a repair, replacement, or full refund, irrespective of the 14-day cancellation window. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@vitmovement.world with details and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

7. Delivery charges

Standard delivery is currently offered free of charge on all orders. If we introduce delivery charges in future, they will be clearly stated at the point of order confirmation. If you cancel a full order within the cooling-off period, any delivery charge paid is refunded in full.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. If you are unable to resolve a dispute with us directly, you may refer it to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or contact Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk.
